Garfield’s Bingo mobile application is owned and operated by Shoal Media (Canada) Inc. We take privacy seriously and this policy is designed to tell you what information we collect and how we use it. By accessing and/or using our mobile application, you consent to us collecting, processing, storing and sharing your personal information in the ways set out in this privacy policy, as amended from time to time. If you have any concerns about providing data to us or having it used in any manner permitted in this privacy policy you should not use our app service.

PRIVO-Cert™ Safe Harbor Certification Program
Garfield’s Bingo (owned and operated by Shoal Games (Canada) Ltd) is a Member of the PRIVO-Cert™ Safe Harbor Certification Program (“the Program”). As a participating member in the Program, Garfield’s Bingo (owned and operated by Shoal Games (Canada) Ltd) adheres to the strict information collection, use and disclosure requirements set forth by the Program. PRIVO is an independent, third-party organization committed to safeguarding children’s personal information collected online. PRIVO aims to help parents and their children exercise control over personal information while exploring the Internet. The PRIVO certification seal posted on this page indicates that Garfield’s Bingo (owned and operated by Shoal Games (Canada) Ltd) has established COPPA compliant privacy practices and has agreed to submit to PRIVO’s oversight and consumer dispute resolution process. Children’s Information
Garfield’s Bingo mobile application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children 12 or under.
Users are provided a restricted version of the app based on their age, age is requested in the age gate at launch but not stored.
Geo location information is collected at the city level.
The application does not send remote push notifications to users 12 or under.
There is no access to social media or any third parties where information is shared in the application.

What Kind of Information is Collected from users 13 and older?
There are two types of data that websites and apps can collect about their users. The first one is called personal data. This is personally identifiable information that identifies a user as an individual. Garfield’s Bingo collects Facebook ID, email address, year of birth, name, IP Address.
The second type is non personal data which doesn’t directly identify an individual. Garfield’s Bingo may collect non personal information about the use of the mobile application to help us improve our services.

We collect the following personal data when a player logs into the Garfield’s Bingo game: Facebook ID, email address, year of birth, name, IP Address.
This information may be used to for example enable social interactions like inviting friends to the game (Facebook ID), provide an account login (email), enable COPPA features (Birth Date), display name on Leaderboards (Name), and track their in-app purchases (IP Address).

Please note that if a user posts personal information on Facebook, in addition to being collected, this data is made public for others to see.

Personal information is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the user, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the user can always request that their information be deleted.

We may include links to third parties from the website or services. Garfield’s Bingo isn’t responsible for these companies and because we have a link doesn’t mean we endorse them. Your use of our services maybe subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of other services that we don’t control such as mobile app stores, mobile software platforms or payment processors. Please be sure to check their privacy policies if you decide to visit them.
Security
Garfield’s Bingo uses generally accepted security measures and safeguards in an attempt to keep the data it collects secure. The measures and safeguards include limiting access to the data to those persons who need it to complete their work for Garfield’s Bingo and using a fire-wall protected environment and storing personal information in secure operating environments. That said, Garfield’s Bingo cannot and does not guarantee and does not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
How to update or remove your information
Garfield’s Bingo keeps your content for as long as necessary in providing the services. If you want to opt out of services, review your information or delete it please contact us at ua@shoalgames.com.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time and we will post a notice at the top when we do, please check back and review this policy regularly. If we make a material change to the policy and we have your email address we will contact you to inform you before we make the changes and seek your consent.
Notice to California Residents:
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by certain members of Garfield’s Bingo to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
